Faith Is Not Easy—But It Is Worth Everything

Faith Is Not Easy—But It Is Worth Everything

There was a time when I thought faith was something simple.

Reading the Bible, praying regularly, living a quiet and steady life—that was what I believed faith looked like.

But as time passed, as I grew older, and as my spiritual understanding deepened, I began to see more clearly:

Faith is not simple.
It is sacred.
And it is a battle.

Not a battle we can see with our eyes, but one that takes place deep within us.

We are not fighting against flesh and blood. We are constantly facing the struggles within our own hearts—
greed, desire, pride, laziness, lies, indifference, anger, bitterness…
so many forms of darkness that try to pull us away from God.

This journey of faith is not easy.
It is a real and difficult spiritual battle.

And yet, in the middle of this struggle, I am filled with gratitude.

I thank Jesus for His sacrifice—for washing away my sins with His precious blood, for forgiving me, and for giving me a new life.

I know I have made many mistakes.
And I know I may fail again.

But I also know this:

I am not walking alone.

He is with me.

His Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
Even when I stumble, I know I am still walking in the right direction—
a path of redemption, a path of transformation, a path that leads me closer to Him.

Faith is not about being perfect.
It is about continuing to walk with Him, step by step.

Even in the battle.
Even in weakness.
Even when it’s hard.

And because of Him, I know—
this journey is worth everything.
